Aman Rangrass joins Skan as VP of Operations and Partnerships

Today, I am excited to announce the newest member of Skan’s executive team: Aman Rangrass.

Aman joins Skan as the VP of Operations & Partnerships, taking on leadership for cross-company operations and partnerships as Skan looks towards the next step in our growth and scaling.

Skan is at a pivotal stage in our startup journey. Over the past 12 months, the number of employees at Skan has increased nearly 300%, and we expect to more than double the number of employees at Skan over the next 12 months. In addition, we have added new technologies and tools across every phase of our organization: from marketing and sales, to HR, engineering, and finance.

As we look to the future, it is paramount that we smartly implement the right processes and frameworks that will allow our organization to retain our agility and deep focus on customer success while enabling us to scale as our company continues to experience tremendous growth.

Aman brings a track record of operations expertise and success, both as an operations and functional leader within fast-growth enterprises as well as an adviser to multiple Fortune 100 enterprises on sales and transformation topics over many years as a senior leader at McKinsey & Co.

Aman Rangrass, Vice President of Operations & Partnerships

Before Skan, Aman led Product Management & New Product GTM at JUUL Labs, where he was also formerly the Head of Strategy & Business Operations. Prior to that, Aman advised leading Financial Services, Consumer Technology, and Retail clients on sales and growth strategy as well as large-scale business transformation as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.  Aman earned his MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
