A new category emerges: dynamic process intelligence, built on computer vision and observation rather than interviews, workshops and assumptions. 3. 2021 $14M Series A led by Cathay Innovation. Citi Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Zetta Venture Partners and Firebolt Ventures join the journey. 4. 2022 $40M Series B led by Dell Technologies Capital. GSR Ventures and Liberty Global join alongside existing investors as Skan expands its enterprise footprint. 5. 2025 The Agentic Process Automation Manifesto is published, distilling lessons from more than 50 enterprise deployments. Skan AI acquires Metaculars, accelerating its vision for agentic automation, and is named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. 6. 2026 The Agentic Ontology of Work launches. An open semantic framework designed to help humans and AI agents understand, share and improve work together. 7. 2026 $63M Series C co-led by Cathay Innovation and Dell Technologies Capital. This funding comes alongside the company's launch of its enterprise AI platform, powered by the Context Graph of Work.
